Email [email protected] for access requests, bug reports, billing questions, or anything else. Include your macOS version and, if something failed, what you were doing when it did.

Disconnecting an account

You can disconnect any connected account from inside Jeriathan, which removes its token from your Mac's Keychain. You can also revoke access from the platform directly, which works even if you have uninstalled the app:

• Google and YouTube: Google Account permissions
• Facebook and Instagram: Facebook Business Integrations
• TikTok: the TikTok app, under Settings and privacy, Security and permissions, Manage app permissions

Deleting your data

Jeriathan keeps your projects, caches, and platform data on your own Mac, so deleting the project folder and Jeriathan's cache folders removes it. Disconnecting an account removes its token from the Keychain.

If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, write to [email protected] and we will delete it and confirm. The full picture is in the Privacy Policy.

Reporting a security issue

Email [email protected] with the details and how to reproduce it. Please give us a reasonable window to fix the problem before disclosing it publicly.
